The Silverback MDR-X replica is only 3 months old and it is Silverback's first AEG model, known for producing fantastic bolt-action snipers. Typically, replicas like these have issues with gearbox misalignment, but mine has been professionally modified and tuned by Jaeger Precision in the UK. It is also one of the few models modified for pre-cocking, which significantly enhances trigger response.

The combination of quick trigger response and a long 420mm inner barrel with a 7.76 caliber makes it an excellent DMR (Designated Marksman Rifle). It features a Silverback hop-up unit with an upgraded Jaeger Precision hop-up nub, and I have recently replaced the hop-up bucking with a silverback MDR 60°, resulting in exceptional accuracy. I usually use 0.32g BBs, but it can easily handle 0.40g BBs. The replica is currently adjusted to 1.65J (the DMR limit in the Netherlands is 1.7J).

Please note that the replica has a limited battery space. However, I am selling it together with three perfectly fitting batteries, providing more than enough power for a full day of play.

In summary, this replica is fantastic. It shoots perfectly straight, has flawless feeding, and its build quality is top-notch. The only reason I have decided to sell it is that I have had difficulty getting used to the bullpup design after playing with regular M4s for too long. Also, according to my wife, I already have too many replicas.
