Army Armament 1911 Kimber Warrior

Army Armament 1911 Kimber warrior, comes with 3 magazines. One magazine with Wilson Combat trades.

One magazine was leaking, but has stopped after re-filling :)

So you know what you are buying: This is a TM clone 1911, it is made of pot metal so it is not as efficient as a TM 1911. Expect to finish one mag or less before running out of gas. I usually down-load the mags to run 16 rounds instead of 24. 

This 1911 has been my test platform for low-cost modification and improvement. For better or for worse. It could still use a little work to perform optimally. Even then, it will not be as efficient or snappy as a plastic slide TM 1911. 

Some of the changes I've made
-Filed the top of the inside of the slide for smoother cycling
-Improved trigger feel, there is now minor creep before a solid wall and a snappy break.
-Polished the rails at the contact points using polishing compound
-Upped hammer strength by pre-compressing the hammer spring
-Applied a very small short-stroke via a washer and O-ring
